The enterprise Selproekt functions in the Ukrainian market of the equipment for food and process industries as the manufacturer since 1994. Since 1998 it is worked and in the markets of the UIS countries (the equipment for groats converting is maintained in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kirgiziya, Armenia, Latvia, Estonia).
Mainstream of our enterprise activity is development and manufacture of universal, power-economic technological equipment for processing agricultural production on groats, and also accompanying units.

The enterprise makes:
Universal complex of technological set UKR-2 for processing of wheat, buckwheat, millet, barley, maize, peas, an oats, rice, a soya on groats and flakes productivity from 300 up to 3000 kg/hours.

The equipment for processing grain on groats UKR-2

    Feature of the equipment is power-economic technologies, universality and flexibility.
    The original method of processing and constructional features allow to carry out a full work cycle (clearing and calibration of raw material, sorting on fractions of finished goods) for each of 9 kinds of processed grain at the minimal power inputs.
    Universality is achieved due to use of two different methods of processing:
    -1-st method with metal rollers - grain cutting with the minimal friction;
    -2-nd method with rubber rollers - a peeling of grain with maximal strictly dosed out use of friction.

    Base for all variants is the basic module - groat-section (a variant ¹2, see the table), additional modules it: installation of thermal processing - steam processing, the grinding machine , etc.
    Completeness of delivery of the equipment is formed depending on kinds of processed raw material and productivity from 300 up to 3000 kg/hours.

    The groat-section (foto) for processing of grain 9 kinds (wheat, buckwheat, millet, barley, corn, peas, rice, an oats, a soya) consists of following basic units: winnowing machine with sieves (1), elevator with tree section (2) Machine for peeling(3), aspiration system (4).
    In the given installation following technical decisions are used:
•    Grain is processed by means of metal or rubber rollers (3);
•    Products of a peeling are selected by aspiration system (4) right after peelings and on a sieve do not get;
•    Sieve clearing is made by brushes in an automatic mode;
•    The site of grain calibration and groat sorting after a peeling is executed by one unit (1)
•    Presence of wheels and emphasises allows to move the equipment and to place it on any surface without the bases.
    Readjustment of the groat-section on different kinds of groats consists in sieve and roller replacement.
    So for wheat, corn and barley, a soya are necessary metal rollers, which owing to special cutting and speed of rotation cut grain, instead of use up it, that allows to receive the maximal output of finished goods (wheaten 90%, maize 75%, Coarse barley 70%, a soya of 70%).
    For buckwheat, rice, an oats and millet are applied rubber roller , which slightly press out grain and sharply shift between two surfaces therefore the peel collapses (an output of production: rice - 65 %, millet - 70 %, solid buckwheat without peeling - 65 %, an oats - 50 %).
    Metal and rubber rollers are applied to reception of peas split (output of 80 %).
    The established power of four electric motors makes 8,5 kw(consumed 5,6 kw).

    The installation of thermal processing (foto), is applied for reception fast boiled buckwheat and oatmeal groats, fuel for which uses a peel of buckwheat.
     The grain steaming does not demand the electric power and steam. Power inputs make 1 kw on 100 kg of a processable product. For comparison: at use of the equipment of the similar productivity working on standard technology, these expenses make 65 kw on 100 kg of a processable product.
    Grain is steamed in furnaces at atmospheric pressure and temperature 95 C as a result of evaporation of an internal moisture that excludes formation of melanoidedes and a musty smell.
    Grain is ready for a peeling (additional drying it is not required) after heat treatment and cooling . As a result of the last biochemical processes the peel becomes fragile, and a kernel to stronger, therefore during a peeling an chopper output only 3-5 % from a lump of grain.

    The grinding machine(foto) is intended for work in a complex with groat-section and used for polishing grains of rice, millet, an oats, wheat, barley, maize after peeling. It can be used as the separate unit for reception of groats pearl-barley of barley (it is processed for one pass, output - 70 %), peas splits and groats.
    The replaceable sieve cylinders set enter into the complete that allows to select an optimum mode of processing for each kind of raw material.

    Recoupment of a complex in view of all expenses is from 5 till 9 months at work in two changes.
    The equipment has 100 % assembly readiness.
    It is certificated in Russia and Ukraine.
    Guarantee 1 year.
    We carry out guarantee, after warranty service, starting-up and adjustment works, training of the personnel, a binding of the equipment to premises of the customer.
